The Amherst Woman's Club published this collection of popular Amherst recipes The covert art is by Carol Dziak, and many local individuals contributed in many ways--Paul Wailes loaned photographs reproduced in this book, the Amherst County Museum provided research for historical information and of course, many local dignitaries contributed their recipes.
